Good Grains and Gestational Diabetes

I'm currently pregnant with my 5th baby!

I have Gestational Diabetes for the second time now, and it's not easy.

Carb counting, not giving in to that midnight craving for cake, constant pokes with lancets and needles......not fun!

Eating balanced meals is important for everyone, but it's especially important for diabetics. I personally struggle with breakfast and eating anything before noon. Cereal is a quick, easy, and light option that I like to enjoy in the morning. But even a plain bowl of corn flakes is enough to send my sugar through the roof. I didn't think I'd get to enjoy cereal again for another 5 months until I discovered Good Grains (⬅️⬅️50% off your order).

This morning I had the Stay Steady cereal and my sugar was well within range. I was so happy I could've cried.

Good Grains doesn't only have diabetic friendly options, but generally healthier options for the whole family. My kids enjoyed some fruity stars and coco num nums this morning!

I could literally go on and on about how excited I am, but you really just have to give it a try for yourself. So whether you're dealing with diabetes or just want some wholesome options for your family, Good Grains is the way to go.

I was given these products in exchange for my honest review.
